We offer standard and next-day delivery across the UK. Delivery times vary based on order size and customization requirements.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Orders: 3-5 working days
• Custom-Branded Orders: 5-7 working days after packaging approval
• New Full Branding Setup: 3-4 weeks for initial production, then 5-7 days for future orders

As our products are custom-made and perishable, we can’t accept returns unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
